Also predates Pokemon in its monster-capturing fun.

The art was done by Akira Toriyama (DBZ, Chrono Trigger).

3/13: Captain Tsubasa! GOOOOO!

I've updated the left sidebar of the utilities page from what GideonZhi and Inverse said, but as I do not romhack, I lack the authority to really update the section. Help anyone?

3/6: Rudra's Treasure reviewed (under famous)! We also welcome our new staff member, Shim, who reviewed it. Applause please!

A short review of Papuwa done by Jason.

1/23: RPGd's changed its content bigtime. We're down to covering staff picked games of merit since we lack the resources to keep up to date with everything.

Note also, that this site is probably only going to be updated sporadically as I am slowly (VERY slowly) setting everything up again. And I do realise that the reviews are not entirely too accurate, pls correct me if I'm wrong.

1/23: We're hiring. We basically want someone to look out for new romhacking documents and utilities. Also someone to pick out some key games, ala SD3, FFV, etc that people should know about.

new to game translations?

Think fan-subbed anime in videogame form.

Videogame translations are brought about the romhackers and translators.

The former decodes the information from a game dump, and the latter translates it.

The result is that you can play all those RPGs that were created over in Japan but never ported over for release in an English-speaking country.

new to this site?

Wondering what games are good to check out?

What about our staff's pick of the romhacking utilities?

Maybe you want to read romhacking documents & tutorials?

Perhaps our articles may interest you.

Unless you want to discuss it on the wwboard.

But last of all, if in doubt, email us.

disclaimer!

What you will find on this site are the staff picks for games, romhack documents and utilities.

We no longer comprehensively cater to every game, translation, romhacking document or utility on the planet. For those, go to the donut, and Romhacking.org respectively.
